PEPPERONI, PINEAPPLE & CREAM CHEESE PIZZA with Hot Apple Honey Drizzle

Another veganized version of a pizza from the new restaurant in my neighborhood. This one is savory, sweet and spicy yum made with Tofurky pepperoni, pineapple, Kite Hill cream cheese and hot apple honey(recipe link included).

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup HOT APPLE HONEY
1/4-1/3 cup Kite Hill vegan cream cheese
1 ball premade pizza dough
2/3 cup Pizza sauce of choice
6-7oz non-dairy mozzarella, shredded
Vegan pepperoni (Tofurky brand is the best)
1 cup pineapple tidbits
Salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Place cream cheese in 1/2 Tbsp sized clumps on waxed paper and place into freezer. Preheat oven to 475°F. If using pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating. Let pizza dough sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
2. Toss pepperoni in 1 tsp oil.
3. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough. If using a pizza peel, sprinkle with corn meal before placing dough onto it. Otherwise place dough into pizza pan.
4. Assemble pizza by brushing pie with olive oil. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Sprinkle with shredded vegan mozzarella. Top with pepperoni and pineapple. Remove cream cheese from freezer and dot pizza with the clumps. Sprinkle with salt before baking.
5. Pizza stone- slide onto stone and bake 11-12 minutes until dough browned and chhese melted.
Pizza pan- bake 12-14 minutes
6. Drizzle with hot apple honey then slice. Serve with extra hot apple honey on the side.
