INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups red cabbage, shredded
1.5 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 mango, diced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice from 1/2 lime
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, add cabbage, mango, cilantro, lime juice, vinegar, maple syrup, and salt.
Stir to combine; let sit for 5 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
