Craving spinach artichoke dip and pizza at the same time? I was so I combined the two to make this tasty treat. Ready in under 20 minutes.


1 flatbread or premade pizza crust

1 clove garlic, minced

8 oz baby spinach

1/2 cup vegan cream cheese

1/2 cup vegan parmesan, shredded

1/8 tsp chili pepper flakes(optional)

1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained, patted dry & chopped


1. Preheat oven to 425°F

2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat with 2 tsp olive oil, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add spinach and continue to sauté until wilted, approximately 3 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir in vegan cream cheese and vegan parmesan until melted. Remove from heat.

3. Brush premade crust with a little olive oil. Spread spinach and cheese mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes if using. Sprinkle shredded vegan mozzarella over mixture then top with chopped artichoke hearts. Drizzle a little oil over pizza and sprinkle with salt.

4. Bake 14-16 minutes.
