JALAPEÑO POPPER PIZZA


Another celebration of vegan products to create this tasty vegan pizza. I used Sweet Earth Benevolent Bac'n, Trader Joe's vegan cream cheese, Tofutti sour cream and Follow Your Heart shredded mozzarella & cheddar and ranch dressing.

INGREDIENTS

Pizza dough of choice

1/2 cup vegan cream cheese, room temperature

2 Tbsp vegan sourcream

2 Tbsp vegan ranch dressing

1 tsp dried chives

2/3 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese

2/3 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese

4 slices Benevolent Bac'n, chopped

2-3 jalapeño peppers, deseeded and sliced

Sliced scallions for serving(optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 500°F. Preheat pizza stone if using. *if using regular pizza pan, decrease heat to 450°F and bake pizza longer.


2. In a food processer, blitz vegan cream cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan ranch dressing and chives until smooth.


3. Toss vegan bac'n with 1 tsp olive oil.


4. To assemble pizza, spread vegan cream cheese mixture over dough. Sprinkle vegan mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over cream cheese mixture. Top with vegan bac'n and jalapeño pepper slices. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.


5. Bake on preheated pizza Stone for 13 to 14 minutes. Serve with sliced

scallions (optional).
